Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Engagement Associate for our Sherwood Park banking centre to support clients with their everyday banking needs. You’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and guide customers through digital banking options to connect them with the right solutions and team members.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced Personal and Business Banking Team, working on-site with flexibility for evenings and weekends and travel to nearby centres as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transactions and guide clients through digital banking options.
• Sell basic banking products and identify opportunities for referrals to specialists.
• Strengthen client relationships and connect clients to the right CIBC team.
• Provide answers to questions and deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced banking centre.
• Be flexible to work evenings and weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres within a reasonable distance.
