As a Claims Manager at Northbridge, you’ll lead a team of talented adjusters, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our insureds, claimants, and broker partners. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day claims operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with our customer-first values. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with departments like underwriting, actuarial, and accounting to support business goals and continuous improvement.
