• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Science, or related field; graduate degree is a strong asset.
• 10+ years of experience in a Testing Laboratory.
• 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead technical and daily activities of the laboratory.
• Design and implement quality measures according to GMP and ISO standards.
• Manage and mentor laboratory personnel.
