Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a hands-on department lead to supervise floor operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our Ontario stores.

You will supervise a team, greet customers, and ensure daily readiness while upholding Farm Boy standards for service and presentation. The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position or an equivalent mix of education and experience, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently while producing high‑quality results with attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy's standards.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Provide floor supervision and team support by delegating tasks and coordinating breaks.
• Package, stock and rotate display counters and shelves to maintain quality and presentation.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations and service excellence.
