Team Lead Electromechanical Assembly

As an electromechanical technician, you will be responsible for the daily management of a team of 10 to 15 electromechanical assemblers. You will contribute to organizing and monitoring the assembly activities of control and distribution panels for HVAC systems. Your role is crucial to ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, motivate, and support the team of assemblers in their tasks.
  • Ensure efficient work distribution according to production priorities.
  • Monitor the quality of assemblies and intervene in cases of non‑compliance.
  • Train new employees in assembly procedures and safety standards.
  • Track performance indicators (quality, productivity, deadlines) and propose improvements.
  • Manage the material resources required for production (tools, parts).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and conformity standards.
  • Participate in functional tests and final product inspections.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering, electromechanics, electricity, or related field.
  • Experience in team supervision in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
