Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing partner-specific relationships or similar large reseller partnerships in healthcare.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks and cybersecurity requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).

Position Summary:

The Channel Account Manager will own the client’s strategic relationship with Canadian channel partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans, driving revenue growth, and positioning the client as the preferred cybersecurity partner for enterprise organizations served by our client’s premier partners. The individual will collaborate with partner leadership, sales teams, and technical specialists to deliver joint solutions that address evolving security challenges including compliance, data protection, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the client’s Canadian channel partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives, sales leaders, and technical influencers.
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and pipeline growth within healthcare accounts.
  • Deliver enablement programs and training tailored to each partner’s vertically driven teams.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and events to increase visibility and demand generation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI on investments and programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for each partner’s customers, providing insights on cybersecurity trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the client’s internal teams to support the channel’s strategic goals and accelerate growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing partner-specific relationships or similar large reseller partnerships in healthcare.
