A staffing agency in Canada seeks a professional to oversee benefits management and change management for the HMP Programme. The role involves evaluating initiatives, developing performance measurement frameworks, and integrating monitoring disciplines into organizational plans. Qualifications include experience in benefits and change management, with strong analytical skills necessary for developing KPIs and conducting performance evaluations. This is a critical position to ensure the successful implementation of the program management framework.
As part of benefits management and change management for the HMP Programme, the Tranche 2 benefits profile and Benefits Realization Plan (benefits, KPIs, measures, targets, timelines) need to be updated and a second Benefits Review report for the Term Extension capability needs to be prepared and presented to the HR Business Lines DGs. The initial Benefits Profile and the Benefits Realization Plan for Tranche 2 need to be revised and strengthened as the detailed planning of the Workforce Management project is completed, capabilities have started to be developed, and releases are being prepared for next Summer and Fall.
The Programme is managed as per the ESDC Program Management Framework which is based on the Managing Successful Programs (MSP) global practice and methodology. Change management and benefits management are a critical part of the ESDC Program Management Framework. The alignment and compliance with the ESDC Standard on Benefits Management is required for the Programme.
