About Agari Kitchen
Agari Kitchen is an innovative consumer-product company that recently completed ahighly successful Kickstarter campaignfor its breakthrough kitchen product. With manufacturing funded and underway, we are now expanding our operations, scaling online sales, and preparing for the next phase of growth.
We are seeking aCEO/COO-level leaderto take ownership of operations, sales growth, financial oversight, and investor-facing activities.
Position Overview
The CEO/COO will lead Agari Kitchen through its next stage of growth, with responsibility for:
- Managing operations, production timelines, and business planning
- Driving online sales (Meta ads + e-commerce), experience is a plus but not required
- Presenting to investors and managing communications with stakeholders
- Overseeing cash flow, budgets, and financial statements
- Working directly with the Chairman to execute the strategic vision
- Leading internal and external teams (including part-time resources on marketing/campaigns)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and structure the full sales and marketing pipeline
- Manage digital advertising efforts (Meta ad campaigns) in collaboration with part-time support
- Maintain and improve cash flow models and operational forecasting
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations
- Ensure timely production, shipping, and customer fulfillment
- Build and manage a small but high-performance team
- Develop and refine business strategy in collaboration with the Chairman
- Maintain operational discipline across all business functions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a senior management, COO, CEO, or VP-level role (startup or established company)
- Strong understanding offinancial statements,cash flow, and business planning
- Ability to lead operations and manage multiple business functions
- Outstanding communication and investor-relations skills
- High energy, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work from theMontreal office(Toronto candidates must be open to commuting occasionally or relocating)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Meta ad campaigns, online sales, or e-commerce
- Previous experience bringing a physical product to market
- Startup management experience with rapid growth environments
Compensation
- Base salary:$75,000–$250,000
- (Starting $75,000 depending on experience + Very generous options plan + Bonus)
- Equity/Options Plan:Extremely generous incentive plan tied to company performance
- Opportunity to grow into full CEO authority as the company scales
