A community-based organization in Toronto is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management support to women facing substance use, mental health, and gambling issues. This role involves leading service coordination, providing counselling, and accessing support services. Recognizing the diversity of women's experience in today's society, our programs seek to address a range of issues in a woman's life that may contribute to substance use and gambling concerns.
The Jean Tweed Centre is building capacity to transform the level of support for women with substance use, mental health, and gambling concerns.
As the Case Manager, you will:
Pay: CA$28.84 - CA$33.73 per hour
Location: 150 Elizabeth St, Toronto, ON
Hours of Work: The hours of work are 10:00am-6:00pm.
