What You’ll Do
  • Conduct structured, consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
  • Support individuals exploring career change, growth, and work–life balance
  • Use a relationship-focused, needs-based communication approach
  • Clearly explain learning pathways and program expectations
  • Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
  • Manage your own schedule and workflow independently
