Reporting to the area 6 seniors health manager, you will be in a crucial role supporting home care and you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our clients while gaining valuable experience in a leadership position. You will lead and manage a dedicated team of individuals, drive the achievements and goals of the Home Care departments, and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders. By facilitating change and promoting team development, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our healthcare services. You will actively engage in client care, addressing concerns and participating in planning discussions. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Please note that this is a position that will require travelling between McLennan and High Prairie on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice will be considered. Equivalences of education and experience may be considered.
