• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a NACI security clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare facilities operations and maintenance.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing commercial building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of applicable codes and standards.
