Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of Superintendent experience in civil earthworks construction focused on industrial projects.
• Must have extensive knowledge of mass excavation, grading, drainage, and underground activities.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily activities of crew members, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Manage project as per OCL’s safety, quality, and environmental management plans.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting internally and externally.
