A leading self-storage company is seeking full-time Customer Solution Agents to provide exceptional service remotely. The role involves handling inbound calls and assisting customers with their storage needs, all while promoting a supportive team environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and ideally have prior experience in customer service.
