We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Performance Enablement Manager to join our Global Customer Innovations Hub. As the Business Performance Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in driving organizational readiness for change, fostering skill development, and empowering our workforce to achieve peak performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving business outcomes through effective training, enablement, and change management initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Work with the Director of Training in the development and implementation of comprehensive business readiness plans for new initiatives and processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of employees in the global Customer Organization utilizing a variety of formats and delivery methods to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and training materials.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to prepare employees for new systems, processes, or technologies, incorporating adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Work closely with change champions and subject matter experts to identify training needs and tailor readiness activities to meet the specific requirements of different user groups.
  • Provide performance coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and capabilities related to new tools or processes.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of training and readiness initiatives and make continuous improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of readiness and training programs and track progress against established goals.
What you need to bring
  • Masters or relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Adult Learning
  • 3-5 years experience in delivering enablement programs, preferably in global SaaS companies
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement and their impact on business critical metrics
  • Experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights, and the ability to clearly articulate these insights to stakeholders
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
