  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for commercial accounts.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Coordinatorwho is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting both brokers and clients.

Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals

Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes

Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner

Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards

Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements

Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects

Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives
