Inside Sales Expert / Business Development Associate

Location: D Mall, Rohini West, New Delhi – 110085

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Interview Mode: In-Person Only

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships with students & professionals.
  • Counselling: Provide guidance on courses, universities, and career opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales and enrollment targets.
  • CRM Management: Track leads and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.
  • Customer Support: Resolve queries with timely and impactful solutions.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience: 1+ year in sales/counselling (EdTech preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal & written English.
  • Skills: Strong client handling, persuasion & negotiation.
  • Tools: Comfortable with CRM & MS Office.
  • Mindset: Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.
