Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our client's team in the building and construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the companies products and services to key stakeholders in the construction, engineering, and architecture sectors across Ontario and beyond.

More specifically, you will be expected to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for contractors, developers, architects, and engineers, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships;
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing;

Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to decision makers across the industry;

Negotiate and secure contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability targets are met;

Represent the company at industry events while keeping a close eye on market trends and competitors.

Requirements and Profile
  • Proven experience in business development and/or sales within the construction, building materials, engineering, or architecture sectors;
  • Strong network of professional contacts in Ontario and across North America;
  • Profil based preferably on the GTA;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing market conditions;
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
