About The Role

This role requires that candidate is willing to go through a Top Secret Clearance with the Canadian government, hence the applicant must be a Canadian Citizen with 10 years verifiable history on Canadian soil.

Analyzing an organization's technology systems and processes to identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve efficiency by translating business needs into technical requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, performing cost-benefit analyses for technology investments, liaising between business departments and the IT team, and assisting in testing and implementation. The goal is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical capabilities, ensuring that technology investments deliver tangible value.

What You’ll Do
  • Requirement Elicitation & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to find inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Solution Recommendation: Research and propose new software, hardware, or process changes to meet business needs.
  • Liaison & Communication: Act as a bridge between the business units and the IT department, ensuring clear communication.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform financial analysis to justify technology investments and improvements.
  • Testing & Implementation Support: Assist in the testing and deployment of new IT solutions and systems.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create reports, documentation, and forecasts to support decision‑making and inform stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in current and proposed IT systems.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on emerging technology trends and solutions to recommend innovative strategies.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's in IT related field
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Top Secret Clearance with the Canadian government, Canadian Citizen with 10 years verifiable history on Canadian soil
  • Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to dissect complex problems and devise effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of information technology, software development, and system analysis.
