Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications at the counter and accept permit applications.
• Examine fast track applications for compliance with building code.
• Ensure compliance with municipal by-laws and other applicable authorities.
• Liaison with officials, contractors, and property owners.
• Answer public inquiries about building regulations.
