Job Summary

The Brokerage Representative Caller at UPS, assists our clients with onboarding and registration processes. Customer support is handled through phone calls or email communication.

Job Type

Full-Time / Temporary End Date: January 31st, 2026

Workdays

Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours

Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week.

  • 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (12)
  • 12:00 PM–8:30 PM (13)
Shift Duration

8 hours per day (requires flexibility with start and finish times).

Work Location

Hourly Wage

$17.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Contact customers to advise of the CARM Client Portal registration requirement for commercial importers.
  • Assist customers through the registration process.
  • Contact customers regarding CARM Client Portal set up fees.
  • Performs administrative duties such as resolving customer issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English (proficiency) communication skills – Required.
  • Excellent verbal and written French communication skills – Highly Desired.
  • Previous customer service experience – Required.
  • Previous call center/ office experience – Highly Desired.
  • Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office).
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
