ISL’s Bridge Team provides comprehensive bridge engineering services spanning the entire asset lifecycle—from concept planning and preliminary engineering to detailed design, construction, ongoing asset management, condition assessments, rehabilitation, and replacement. ISL’s bridge portfolio includes transportation, pedestrian, and utility bridges at interchanges, over railways, in parks, and water crossings, encompassing both conventional functional designs and innovative solutions using steel, concrete, and timber.
Our bridge team supports a broad range of infrastructure components beyond bridges, including retaining walls, culverts, overhead sign structures, and other miscellaneous structures. At times, this work combines applied research with real-world project delivery, highlighting the diversity and technical complexity of our practice.
