A digital project firm in Guelph seeks a Bilingual Project Coordinator to manage client projects and ensure timelines are met. This role requires proficiency in both French and English and includes leading meetings, managing budgets, and collaborating with a project team. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience with digital projects. Competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000, with benefits including a health spending account and RRSP matching.
Role Description: Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, the Bilingual Project Coordinator will be the day-to-day contact for our clients on their digital projects (websites, web applications and/or mobile Apps). They will oversee every step of the project journey, ensuring the client is well educated and informed from kick off to project launch. They will also be responsible for validating French content. The Bilingual Project Coordinator will work closely with team members on the Projects team to communicate decision points on the project, provide context around deliverables, mitigate project risks and achieve deadlines. They will be responsible for preparing documentation, communicating with the client and ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
Work Hours: full-time, 37.5 hours
Location: Hybrid – remote and at our Guelph location or fully remote
