Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, scheduling, and order status
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and timely follow-up
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth order flow
• Monitor order activity and proactively communicate delays or concerns
• Assist customers with solutions and product recommendations based on needs
• Maintain records and assist with backend order maintenance and documentation
• Support process improvements and undertake additional projects as required
