Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Ophthalmology/Healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all order processing via email, fax, and SAP with accuracy.
• Be primary customer contact for inquiries and escalations.
• Monitor queues and ensure timely processing and shipping.
• Communicate with stakeholders and document interactions.
• Analyze billing, orders, and inventory data to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and regulatory standards.
• Learn product knowledge and build customer relationships.
