Job summary

Bunzl Canada Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to educate customers on our products and services, answer questions, take orders, and troubleshoot basic issues across multiple software applications.

You will interact with sales, service, procurement, warehouse and shipping to ensure customer needs are met, enter orders, provide quotes, support the online ordering system, and handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in handling escalated customer situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with meticulous follow-up.
• Solid problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service meeting or exceeding client needs.
• Enter orders accurately into the system with item pricing checks.
• Support customers on the online ordering system.
• Manage full cycle order processing including sales order, credit approval, invoicing.
• Complete administrative work and follow-up with purchasers or customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products and promotions.
• Provide simple quotes and maintain current knowledge of promotions.
• Collaborate across divisions to deliver exceptional service.
• Work independently with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
