• Customer-facing experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer support, reception, client services, call centres, quality assurance or a related environment is an asset.
• Excellent spoken English and strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong active listening, observation and attention to detail, with the ability to objectively evaluate interactions.
• Confidence making outbound calls throughout an 8-hour shift while maintaining a polished telephone manner.
• Strong judgment, adaptability and the ability to ask questions naturally without sounding scripted.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain consistent quality during repetitive work.
• Ability to complete an approximately 810 minute English proficiency assessment and commit to fully on-site work.

Full-time shifts are 8:00 AM5:00 PM ET or 5:00 PM2:00 AM ET. Weekend availability is required, with two days off per week scheduled based on operational needs.
