Job summary

Altis Technology is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support Canadian customers with orders, inquiries, returns, pricing, and shipping questions. This on-site role emphasizes building strong relationships and delivering responsive, solutions-focused service in English and French.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and management in a fast-paced environment, processing high volumes of inquiries by phone and email while expanding product knowledge and cross-selling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, call centre, or order management experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and French with strong written and spoken skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn warehouse, inventory, and order management systems.
• Experience with order entry, returns, inventory, or pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of customer orders and inquiries by phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
• Coordinate product returns and provide customers with the information required for a smooth and accurate process.
• Research parts, pricing, and inventory availability using a warehouse management system and document activity.
• Develop product knowledge to answer questions related to products, pricing, availability, and shipping.
• Build positive customer relationships, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products or solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, management, and internal teams to resolve concerns and support efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to special projects and evolving business priorities as required.
