About The Role

As a Benefits Analyst at Group Force, you will be a key part of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, liaising between advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure timely delivery of client presentations for new business and renewals.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the main contact for your assigned client group and advisor.
2. Enter financial data for renewals and marketing.
3. Ensure timely delivery of client presentations for renewals (30 days prior) and new business (10-15 days).
4. Maintain internal filing system (SharePoint).
5. Analyze carrier proposals for new prospects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA setting.
• Knowledge of group benefit plans and design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional benefits designation (e.g., GBA, CEBS) is an asset.
