About The Role At Group Force Benefits Inc.

As a Benefits Analyst at Group Force, you are an integral part of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will liaise between our advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new business and renewal client presentations in your assigned group.

What You’ll Do
  1. Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your assigned client group and advisor.
  2. Input financial data for renewals and marketing (e.g., Experience info, rate history, demographic data).
  3. Ensure the timely delivery of client presentations for new business and renewals:
  4. Renewals – 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  5. New Business – 10 or 15 business days depending on group size.
  6. Maintain our internal filing system (SharePoint).
  7. Analyze proposals from carriers for new prospects (rates, plan design, TLR, etc.).
What You Bring
  1. Typically, 1+ years of experience in the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA setting.
  2. Knowledge of group benefit plans and design.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and calculations.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  8. Professional benefits designation (e.g., GBA, CEBS) is an asset.
