About the Role at Group Force Benefits Inc.

As a Benefits Analyst at Group Force, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. You will liaise between advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely delivery of new business and renewal client presentations within your assigned group.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned client group and advisor
  • Enter financial data for renewals and marketing (experience info, rate history, demographic data, etc.)
  • Ensure the timely delivery of client presentations for new and renewal business:
    • Renewals – 30 days prior to the renewal date
    • New Business – 10 to 15 business days prior (large group)
  • Maintain internal filing system (SharePoint)
  • Analyze carrier proposals for new prospects (rates, plan design, TLR, etc.)
What You Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA setting
  • Knowledge of group benefit plans and design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Professional benefits designation (e.g., GBA, CEBS) is an asset
