HeadHunting Inc provides Specialized Behaviour Support to individuals of all ages who are exhibiting challenging behaviours. We provide a qualified Behaviour Specialist who has the experience and expertise to support with the unique needs of an identified patient or a unit. The more case information that can be shared with our Service Coordinator helps to ensure a match between worker and patient/unit.

Responsibilities
  • Our Staff are used as a support in situations where the behaviour of the patient is affecting their quality of care
  • While our staff can provide some personal care, the focus is to support and manage patient behaviour
  • Work effectively with other hospital staff members
  • Available to work 24/7 in healthcare settings
Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours.
  • A College Diploma or University Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a related field (eg. DSW, SSW, CYC)
  • Police background check – Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training
