Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our branches in Canada. You will deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey, uncover needs, and promote digital banking options to help clients manage their finances.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, contribute to branch targets, and thrive in a team-oriented environment while continuously learning and growing within the organization.

Qualifications

• Have proven customer service skills through work or community involvement.

• Are available to work a flexible schedule.
• Are comfortable in simple sales situations.
