Scotiabank is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to be the face and heart of our branches in Canada. You will deliver exceptional service, understand customer needs, and introduce clients to mobile banking and self-service options.

You will work within a branch environment, building long-standing relationships, supporting branch targets, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
