Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a dynamic store leader to deliver exceptional customer service and guide your department to strong business results.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to implement strategies, coach a high‑performing team, and uphold safety and quality standards across operations. You will drive engagement, recruit and train staff, and manage inventory, scheduling, and policy compliance, with flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business and a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience.
• Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & Basic CPR, or commitment to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain high performance standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with success in team engagement and development.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting Farm Boy’s vision of the best fresh shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Retail Specialist to execute strategies driving performance and departmental goals.
• Build a culture of trust and engagement through coaching and regular team huddles.
• Develop and lead a high‑performance team by overseeing recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews and development.
• Oversee departmental operations including inventory management, ordering, product quality, rotation, scheduling, and payroll.
• Participate in store coverage rotations as Manager on Duty, including opening/closing duties and emergency support.
