Farm Boy is seeking a hands-on Supervisor/Manager to partner with the Department Manager and deliver exceptional food and service experiences. You will lead, coach, and support a high-performing team while ensuring daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and payroll duties are executed smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on cooking, staff development, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration to meet departmental goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program with emphasis in Culinary Management and at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with manual and automated systems and common computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of exceptional customer service at Farm Boy.
• Coach and develop team through training, motivation, and recognition.
• Lead regular huddles to share goals and feedback and strengthen product knowledge.
• Prepare and cook fresh offerings for hot and cold bars and grill stations.
• Support store operations including merchandising, staffing, inventory, and payroll functions.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, and company policies.
