Farm Boy is seeking a store leader to deliver exceptional customer service and guide the department to strong results. You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to translate strategy into action, build a culture of trust and high performance, and empower your team through coaching and hands-on leadership.

You’ll lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and ongoing development while ensuring compliance and efficient store operations.

Competenze

Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Commitment to obtaining required certifications within six months of hire.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with team engagement experience.
Fluency in English; French an asset.

Mansioni
