Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a Store Manager‑in‑Training capable of delivering outstanding customer service and guiding a department to achieve strong business results. You will partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to implement strategies and foster a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance.

You will oversee recruitment, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and payroll while ensuring Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety compliance across operations.

Qualificações

• Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business, plus a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & Basic CPR, or a commitment to obtain all required certifications within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting Farm Boy’s vision of the best fresh shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to drive performance and meet departmental goals.
• Lead a high-performance team through recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews and development.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, scheduling and payroll functions.
• Maintain compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
