Farm Boy in Mississauga is seeking a key store leader to deliver exceptional customer service while guiding your department to strong business results. You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist, lead recruiting, training, coaching, and manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll, with hands-on leadership.

You’ll cultivate a high-performance team, promote a culture of trust, and ensure safety and policy compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program in business with minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & CPR or commitment to obtain within six months.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service while guiding your department to meet goals.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and development.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, rotation, and payroll functions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Retail Specialist to implement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling policies.
