Job summary

Farm Boy in Mississauga is seeking a store leader to deliver exceptional customer service and guide the department to strong results. You will partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to implement strategies and build a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance.

You will recruit, train, coach, and assess staff while managing inventory, scheduling, and payroll. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business; 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Public Health Food Handler, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & CPR or commitment to obtain.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with team development experience.
• Fluent in English; French skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting Farm Boy’s vision of the best fresh shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Retail Specialist to drive performance and departmental goals.
• Lead a high-performance team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee operations including inventory, ordering, merchandising, scheduling, and payroll functions.
• Ensure adherence to Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies; participate in coverage rotations as needed.
