As the Team Lead, you will lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring efficient project execution, high-quality deliverables, and effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams. Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into backend technical designs and solutions.
• Design and build secure, scalable, and data‑driven backend services and APIs.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, reliability, testability, and maintainability.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Communicate progress and issues clearly with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Develop using C# .NET, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Azure cloud technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with strong object‑oriented programming skills.
• 3–5 years of professional experience developing C# .NET applications.
• Strong experience with SQL Server/T‑SQL and database‑driven systems.
• Familiarity with cloud development (preferably Azure) and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of AI‑assisted development tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with React and Agile/Kanban environments is a plus.
