About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable AZ/DZ driver to drive and operate a Vacuum Truck, operating Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday work. As a Vacuum Truck Operator Trainee, you will learn how to:

• Operate and drive vacuum trucks servicing industrial sectors, wastewater and water industries, as well as hydro‑excavation projects
• Perform pre‑trip, on‑route and post‑trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of the vehicle, vehicle systems and equipment
• Assist in loading, unloading and handling vacuum hoses (lifting up to 50 pounds)
• Complete all required documentation
• Operate safely and efficiently

About You

Your education, skills and experience include:

• Valid AZ/DZ license
• Willingness to travel to projects across Ontario
• Ability to drive manual transmission (13, 18‑speed) is an asset
• Driver’s abstract in good standing, with at least two years of commercial experience
• Positive attitude
