Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and test AV hardware, LED displays, and digital systems in the shop prior to deployment.
• Assist with preassembly of donor recognition systems, including frames, monitors, LED modules, and wiring.
• Support project managers and production team in quality control checks before shipping.
• Participate in on-site installations, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and calibration of AV and LED systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during testing and installs.
• Act as a professional and courteous point of contact with clients during installations, representing BrookGlobal with confidence and respect.
• Maintain shop equipment, tools, and AV/LED testing setups in good working order.
• Collaborate with production, project management, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Follow health & safety protocols both in the shop and on client sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Audio Visual installation, LED systems, IT/technical support, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with AV systems, LED displays, digital signage, cabling, and networking basics.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Hands-on experience with tools, preassembly, and testing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on-site.
• Willingness to travel for installations (Canada & U.S.).
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as part of installation work.
• Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to changing project needs.
