The Drive Ahead

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards
• Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers
• Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the team through collaboration and mentorship

Performance Essentials

Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman) or 2nd / 3rd year apprentice

Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems

High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop environment

Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours / week), with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
