Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail automotive sales experience in an automotive management role.
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC certificate.
• Proven track record in automotive retail sales leadership.
• Experience recruiting, training and mentoring a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Department in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Recruit, train and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop tactical marketing strategies and desk vehicle deals to hit monthly quotas.
• Oversee the dealership CRM system to ensure prompt follow-up of internet, phone and floor leads.
