Job summary

Drive Autogroup, with dealerships across the GTA, is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive performance from first contact to closing and follow-up. The role emphasizes motivating the team, optimizing the sales process, and delivering superior customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate has sales leadership experience, a track record in automotive sales, and strong knowledge of E lead and digital marketing management.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with automotive sales track record.
• Proven experience in E lead / digital marketing management.
• Background in customer service and sales.
• Experience with Desk It, 180, TMS, Vauto and CDK is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Oversee the entire sales process from customer entry to sale and beyond.
• Drive efficiency and time management in a fast-paced dealership environment.
