Job summary

Job description

We are a family owned and operated Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram Dealership located 30 minutes east of Peterborough. We are seeking an energetic, results driven Sales Manager to work with our General Manager to lead our Sales Department. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring our sales team. You will build tactical marketing strategies, desk vehicle deals and ensure the dealership hits its monthly volume quotas. You will oversee the dealership CRM system to ensure that internet, phone and floor traffic leads are followed up in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has an outstanding track record in automotive retail sales, strong leadership traits and good closing skills. A minimum 3 to 5 years of retail automotive sales experience in an automotive management role is preferred. You will hold a valid driver's licence and a valid OMVIC certificate. This is a newly created job position for this dealership so the ability to adapt and offer input is expected.
