Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a New Car Sales Manager to join the Frost GM team in Ontario. You will supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department, and work to maintain high customer satisfaction while pushing vehicle sales.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, solid negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and at least two years of management experience in auto sales. A valid Ontario driver’s license and OMVIC license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto sales preferred.
• Two (2) years of management experience.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
• Desk vehicle sales deals
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
• Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
• Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
• Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed
