Leavens Volkswagen is seeking an Automotive Sales Concierge to welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle buying journey, from inquiry to delivery. Training and a supportive team are provided to help you become a confident sales professional.

This commission-based role offers an expected annual earnings range and opportunities to build long-term customer relationships in a dynamic automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• OMVIC licence or ability to obtain one before starting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone, and online inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options and test drives.
• Conduct demonstrations and answer questions; create vehicle walkaround videos.
• Maintain timely follow-up with leads and customers, building long-term relationships.
