Sherwood Park Volkswagen is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to join our busy showroom in Sherwood Park, AB. You will greet customers, explain vehicle options, discuss financing, and guide them through the purchase with a focus on a high-quality experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role, a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to stay adaptable in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales, marketing or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hunter mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and drive repeat business while achieving monthly sales objectives.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, presenting a professional environment.
• Answer questions about new/used cars, financing, and applications as a subject matter expert.
• Build rapport with potential buyers and guide vehicle selection and payment terms.
• Maintain a current customer database to drive future sales and referrals.
• Present vehicles via test drives, demonstrations, and showroom tours.
• Negotiate terms while upholding dealership standards and policies.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Stay current on dealer group and manufacturer training.
